Our philosophy is simple; we love good food! Cooking is our passion and our Chefs live for it.
Allen, founder, and head chef has been cooking since a very early age and has worked as a head chef in high-end restaurants across the world. He is well versed in catering for large banquets and events of all kinds as well as making menus for any type of cuisine. He has worked as a consultant and trainer as well as a private chef for the last decade.
Our highly skilled chefs are well-versed in authentic Asian cuisine and have more than just experience eating and cooking, they have the knowledge that only comes through practice. Our Food
Freshness is our priority, and we know that respecting our ingredients is the key to delicious meals, we are truly blessed with wonderful produce here in the Haute Savoie, bringing this together is what we do best.
We use only local suppliers and source from the market when possible, local butchers supply dry aged beef, local venison and boar are amongst some of the other treats we can serve for you. We are more than happy to take a trip to the snail farm to gather a garlicky surprise or fetch some fresh trout from the local farm.

The Experience
We’ve really got all angles covered; classically trained chefs with a spicy contemporary approach to food. We can meet you wherever you are on the flavor spectrum. We will take as much pride in frying a piece of chicken as we would plating up a tuna Sashimi. It’s not what you serve, it’s the way that you serve it that makes the Alta Vida experience so special.
We’re not talking about chefs that have been dragged up following recipes and conforming, these guys have been recognized for their creativity and allowed the space to flourish and develop their own style, with dishes that are tried and tested. The products that we source from our favourite suppliers are consistent and of the highest quality, you can book your chef with total confidence that they know what they’re doing.
Wine lists can be made to your liking or if you prefer an abundance of good quality house wine for the table, this can be arranged too. Every package is bespoke, so don’t be afraid to ask us for anything that crosses your mind.
